CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
At our school, students are encouraged to develop their personality, initiative, and creativity through active involvement in co-curricular activities. Participation in youth groups, sports, games, and other creative pursuits is considered an essential part of a well-rounded education.
All students are expected to participate in school activities, including those held beyond regular school hours or at locations outside the school campus. Selective participation is not permitted. Regular involvement in co-curricular activities and attendance during Saturday programs will be given significant consideration when selecting students for excursions and educational tours.
Celebrations form an integral part of our school’s co-curricular activities, playing a vital role in shaping students’ personalities beyond academics. At our school, various cultural, national, and religious events are celebrated with enthusiasm, creativity, and active participation from both students and teachers.
These celebrations provide a platform for students to express themselves, discover their hidden talents, and build confidence through performances, speeches, and various competitions. Events such as Independence Day, Republic Day, Teachers’ Day, Annual Day, and festivals like Diwali, Christmas, and Eid are marked with vibrant programs, decorations, and collaborative efforts that bring the school community together.
As part of our effort to provide holistic learning experiences beyond the classroom, our school organizes excursions, educational tours, class visits to places of educational significance, and picnics for all students every year. These activities aim to enhance students’ learning by exposing them to real-world environments, historical landmarks, scientific institutions, museums, nature parks, and other sites of cultural and academic value.
Participation in these trips is optional and based on the written consent of parents or guardians. A consent form will be provided prior to each tour or picnic, and it must be signed and submitted within the specified time to confirm the student’s participation.
To nurture creativity, self-expression, and confidence among students, our school actively organizes a wide range of inter-house competitions such as Music, Debate, Drama, Elocution, Storytelling, Recitation, and Quiz contests. These events provide a vibrant platform for students to showcase their talents, develop public speaking skills, and learn the art of healthy competition.
Beyond inter-house events, students are also encouraged and trained to participate in competitions organized by other institutions at the local, regional, and national levels. These external platforms allow our students and teachers to interact, learn, and gain valuable exposure while proudly representing the school.
Singing classes are conducted regularly as part of our curriculum, helping students develop a deeper appreciation for music while enhancing their vocal skills and performance abilities.
